Excellent water repellent for many absorbent mineral substrates, which prevents infiltration and the appearance of moisture after application, in addition to sealing possible cracks (up to 2 mm wide) that may exist in the area.
The silicone-based active ingredients have reactive alkoxy groups, which, through the release of alcohol, produce a permanent bond with porous mineral materials, such as the silicate present in cement. It takes advantage of capillary action to better penetrate the pores of the material.
This process generates a silicone effect in the pores, preventing water from moistening them, without compromising the permeability to water vapor of the applied surfaces.
Therefore, the technique is not a surface application (film or film), which occurs through physical bonding and can be easily removed or damaged by regular use (contact) with the applied surface.
Not recommended for applications with positive or negative water pressure.
Solvent-free, water-based water repellent with a long service life and rapid development of water repellency. It maintains the natural appearance of the surface and has a highly durable and effective “droplet” effect, in addition to not posing a health risk, preventing fungi and bacteria caused by humidity and being resistant to UV rays.
It comes ready to use and is easy to apply. Simply shake the product for 2 minutes before application, with only 1 coat for vertical and horizontal areas. The product also provides a reduction in efflorescence and cracks due to freezing and heating, good adhesion for acrylic paints and substrate respiration.
5-year warranty according to performance reports proven by third-party laboratories, except for design flaws, structural flaws or misuse of the material.
Heavy clay products:
Porous mineral substrates:
The product yields 8 to 13 m²/L, depending on the roughness of the applied surface. The more porous the product, the lower the yield.
Water repellents such as: IDA HP, Aquela, SIKA silicone, Fuseprotech Hidro, Resina Acqua multiuso, etc.
Product certified by HBC (Healthy Building Certificate) qualitified and certified product, does not pose any risk to human health and the environment, therefore being a healthy and sustainable product
According to SGS USA Report: Report of Product Testing Report – Interim Product: Moshe 3000 Stone Lab No.: 22-1808, it was found that in the ASTM D6904 – Wind-Driven Rain test, the samples were attached to a test box and exposed to water spray for approximately 24 hours. The water was sprayed at a dynamic pressure equivalent to a wind of 98 mph. At the conclusion of the test, no visible signs of leakage or any visible saturation of the tested blocks were found.
